have made some yogurt with easiyo the first batch was lovely but since then it seems to have gone all gluey any ideas as to what i am doing wrong ?

Was it the flavoured ones?
I had the same problem last year and tried everything, but it always had the texture of PVA glue. I then posted on here and found out thats how it is, I think a few posters said the natural is better and then you can add your own flavourings. The other option is not to use the sachets, but use it to make natural yougurt.0 -
