Any idea how much the IPA is likely to be? If I take all those bits out it leaves us with a surplus of £722.90. I assume they will leave us some of this to pay for things like birthdays etc. then, if they don't allow us to budget for them.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0

i think if the OR guidelines say they are allowed then they should be. I definitely questioned them on it.0 -

The problem with travel is that hubby works for the train company, so we both get free train travel, although I am not allowed to use it to go to work, so have to pay for that. I could up the bus fares a bit, maybe make it £40 a month, which would be £20 each.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0 -
Def up the travel... you also have an elderly mother who lives miles away, who you have to visit once a week, you have to take her shopping on a sunday - cost of a taxi and then your own shopping on a tuesday evening - another taxi home..
What you need to do is reproduce the SOA as it would be on the BR forms... as I said earlier they are individual... so you put your income and your expenditure, and OH puts his income and his expenditure... Say 1/2 each to the bills or a % share...
You will not both have £700+ surplus per month, so it may the case that one of you gets an IPA and the other doesnt.Hi - im a member of the Debt Help UK FORUM...0 -
