Sorry just saw question..
What Loan To Value and is it just sole mortgage, sole application and sole DMP or OH involved?
What sort of value is the unsecured debt?
There may be solutions but depends upon variables we do not know and also it is all restrictive...I am a Mortgage Broker

im looking for advice on remortgages with bad credit. my house is worth around £250000 and my current outstanding mortgage is £30000 with 3 years left. i have a secured loan of £30000 and debts of around £90000. my husband is self employed with a net profit of £47000 in 2012 and £104000 2011 and £74000 in 2010. dont have this years accounts yet.
we ran into some financial difficulty last year due to my husbands work tools being stolen from our garage and not being covered by our insurance. we had to replace the tools and my husband couldnt work until we did. we also mismanaged the money we did have coming in! we now have defaults on credit cards and catalogues and arrears on our mortgage and secured loan.
i will be able to bring my mortgage and secured loan up to date by the end of this month and am trying to arrange small payments to credit cards and catalogues.
do you think we could remortgage , pay off all debts and start again.0
