For goodness sake, don't give them a real weakness! Certainly not spelling - go for something like "well ... I get nervous at interviews" so they can think "well you look ok to us"

I was once given "attention to detail" as both a strength and a weakness in my staff report!

I usually say I am impatient and was last in the line when they gave out patience. I want immediate results and do not want to wait. Also I say sometimes my expectations can be too high and I want to run before I can walk. These responses are usually met with nods of approval from interviewer. Good luck.
