The same offer from cosmo: you can call them or downnload voucher from www.lafitness.co.uk by entering 'Cosmopolitan' in the claim your voucher box. I didn't try to download it myself, but looks like they don't ask for any subscriber's numbers etc etc - just quote 'Cosmopolitan' in appropriate box and 5 days at gym is yours free

my friends was asking me if i could get this. i just have 1 question, does this start from when you fill in your details on the lafitnes website or do you go to the gym and give them the details you filled out on the website?

when you fill your details in online, and press enter, the next page gives you a voucher to print off

it shows Voucher claim date, name of peron claiming, and which club you specified. So i guess the 5 days is from the voucher date

it says you must redeem voucher by end of Feb, so if you want to go in feb, dont print one off until then

• 5 days must be taken consecutively
• You and 1 other person must use the pass at the same time
• Not in conjunction with any other offer
• No cash alternative applies
• Facilities vary from club to club
• Activities within the club that attract a charge are not included
