....for a 100 (adults) guest i have

240 sandwiches (ham, egg, chesse)
100 sauage rolls (home made)
100 chesses straws (home made)
144 volervonts (prawn and chicken)
150 pices inedin platter
150 pices of chicken platter
50 duck rolls
50 veg rolls
50 pcs prawn
crips
and veg with dips
and then a few frozen deserts and cup cakes

    Might be worth adding a bowl of salad, maybe a pasta or rice salad too, something veggi/vegan orientated?

    Depends on the time of day/occasion too, people tend to pick more when there's booze around.

    If you haven't already bought it all I'd actually have less pastry/meat/bread type things and add in two/three salads as there isn't much veg there and I - and others I imagine - like to have half a plate of veg/salad with a couple of carby/protein bits.

    No one will go hungry at your buffet, that's for sure :rotfl:
