What was the name of that TV program about money saving ideas!?

Can't for the life of me remember what channel or the name of the program!
But it had lots of different people on it ... and they'd focus on a family or a couple and set them a challenge like doing their shopping on £50 etc and then a rather authoritative looking lady who wore a hat who would help people save money on things like train tickets and insurance?
The only reason I ask is that on one of the episodes she mentioned a couple of useful websites for finding good mobile phone deals and I can't remember them!
