Free driving theory test software for library users

Hi,
I was in the library at the weekend looking for something to help with my upcoming theory test and discovered a service that gives you online help if you're a registered user of certain libraries.
It's called Theory Test Pro and seems to be the full package that usually costs £12.99.
It includes the theory test questions, loads of hazard perception clips and the full digital version of the highway code. You just have to register with your library number to:

Wow, thank you. I was just talking to DS1 about taking his theory test, just this morning. This is perfect.
