Accord Mortgages - any experience asking for permission to let

Options
I have posted a few times about the issues I have selling my house at the moment.

I have had to move to another area of the country, so am renting as well as paying my salary, and these costs come to 65% of my salary, so can't be sustained.

I have a couple who are interested in renting my flat on a short term basis until it sells, but I am aware I would need to go through a number of legal things first, not least to tell my mortgage company.

Has anyone asked Accord for permission to let? Any experience of this would be welcome.

Thanks

    Hi Vicki
I am with Accord and last June was given the permission to let my property. They asked me for a tenancy agreement once it had been let out and I had to pay £100 admin fee. Just give them a call. They are quite helpful to be fair.
