I know from old posts that many of us bought shavers that use this. I had on subscribe and save from Amazon but that seller was discontinued. Been following prices as i am due some and this seller has just reduced from £21 to £14.97 with a further 10% discount if subscribing, you can choose how often you have a delivery. Price includes free P&P and is the cheapest i can find after searching.

The item was cheapest in whole UK as searched each marketplace and anyother seller selling this product Philips HS800 moisturising shaving lotion.

They sold me at £6.19 and it arrived next day, well packaged.
