Frozen Pork Mince

Have searched many stores cannot find any that sell Pork Mince, Sainsburys do Pork and Beef (one pack) but not pork on its own.

Anyone know of one (preferably in South Birmingham) where they sell blast frozen (little pellets so you can use as much or as little as you like and then put back in the freezer) Pork Mince.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

Have you tried Iceland? I know they used to do bags of different minced meats, although I'm not sure if they still do.

Personally, I get the fresh mince, divide it up and freeze it till I need it. I know it's not much help really, but it might do for now?

    Thank you for the reply

    Have tried

Iceland, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda, Farm Foods, Lidl, Aldi, cool trader (Iceland by another name I think) and one or two smaller outfits. It seems no one does just frozen pork. Still got to try a Tesco but not holding my breath, DBH I thought farm foods or or Iceland would be certain to have it.

The problem with freezing the fresh stuff is how do you know wxactly how much you will want in each go? This is why the freeflow blast frozen granual stuff is better. Got it in Beef, got it in Lamb but not Pork.

That's probably because not many people use minced pork. I've got some I've frozen myself in the freezer but I don't use it very often.
