Are utility bill debts included in bankruptcy??

Hello,
I have posted before when I desperately needed advice about future housing as we are likely to loose our home when we go bankrupt do to secured loan and we stopped paying all debts and the mortgage to save up the fees for rental.
I feel like this question is a little crude but our gas and electricity bills are going up and up per month and we have nearly £100 debts on both now and they want us to up our fixed direct debit amount! we really can not spare much as trying to save like mad. Does this outstanding amount on utility get included in bankruptcy????
We can potentially save £110 for the next few months if we stop paying them, we almost have enough to cover the costs for rental and bankruptcy fees and not paying these will make a huge difference on how quick we can secure rental.
I have no problem paying them off if they're not included I just wanted to check!? I'm aware council tax must be paid and we are up to date with those!
Thanks Guys

I have also been trying to understand what these forms are and if they apply to us?
We have a negative disposable income if we were to put down the full truth but with cut backs I think it will be about £30 - £50 (we haven't yet secured rental but this will be the deciding factor on how much if any disposable income there is!
We applied to a charity who have agreed to pay £1000 towards court fees :j
leaving us with £175 each to pay (we are a married couple wishing to go bankrupt together!)
Will we be entitled for any remission???

So basically when advised to stop paying all creditors, that should include Gas and Electricity?
What about other utilities such as water?
We would want virgin in our rented home for essential internet access and free view should we maintain payments to them, always or stop when we apply and restart after bankruptcy...I want to be honest but need to raise funds very quickly before creditors start pushing for CCJ's and we don't stand a chance of rental even with a private landlord!0 -
do be aware though that although the gas and electricity debts are included. The companies have no obligation to supply you again, although in practice they generally just put you on a pay meter rather than stop supplying altogetherHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Also be aware pay meters can be set to run fast to clear off arrears.
Strictly, you will have no arrears because any are included in bankruptcy.
But I wonder if, given the chance to claw some money back, the energy provider will simply do so, whatever you tell them.
Using a different supplier should get around any problems.0
