Anyone here make kefir? If you do would you be willing to share some grains? If not anyone know where I can get some grains without paying exorbitant prices (preferrably free!)

    Grains are available via ebay (ah the miracle of ebay, lol). I know that's not free, but they are selling for less than a fiver including postage, so it's an option if you can't find anyone locally to pass or post them to you.
