Hi
I just have a quick default question.
Does a default get removed 6 years after the default issue date or 6 years from the last payment?
I have a default that was issued in 2008 but the last payment was 2006.
Thanks

wow 2 years for a default to appear? you might want to look into why it took 2 years to issue a default? You might also want to look at the guidelines for registering a default. Usually they should be issued 6months after the last payment.0
