    Seems a bit strange that just because he can't hold his own (know any other politicians who have been arrested for being drunk and disorderly?) he changes the laws for a whole country.
    Never mind, as the SNP government spend more money on more laws every day, there soon won't be enough cash in the kitty to police any of them.

    In two years time they will be a separate country so who cares what they do. Good luck to them- they'll need it!

    Anyway, it's not Scottish drunks you need to worried about but all the smack heads ripped to their tits behind the wheel.

    Aye but you know the way it works hunt the soft targets. Smack heads are just too tricky to chase and convict.

    Time to adopt a zero-alcohol limit with a lifetime ban. Should free-up the roads from all those risk-takers.
