Baking ideas for allotment site open day?

My allotment site are having an open day in late July, and it's been suggested that the cakes & muffins we sell / have with tea have ingredients grown on the site, such as carrot cake....I've got a recipe for a scrummy carrot cake, and one for carrot & orange muffins, but could do with a few more ideas to share at the next site meeting?
