Creation Consumer Finance LTD Direct Debit

I've just gone onto my online banking to clear out old direct debit instructions for things we don't have anymore (Sky TV, etc) and saw that there was a Direct Debit in place for Creation Consumer Finance LTD.
The direct debit has a date of 00/00/0000 and has never taken a payment out but I'm worried that they may do in the future.
Does anyone know who this company is?
The only finance I have applied for recently is a mortgage with Leeds Building Society. I've also not had anything pop up on my credit reports lately related to any such company so not sure what it could be.

Creation mainly do point of sale retail finance. As in conditional 'interest free' credit deals in shops. Perhaps you thought about buying a pricey camera in some store and later changed your mind?
As far as the DD is concerned, log on to online banking and cancel the damn thing.0 -

Creation are like the wannabes of the credit card world with the rudest staff possible.
I had a flybe and a creation card and would never go back to these monkies, their online banking is like going on a spectrum 48k.0
