Poem for charity donations

Hey everyone,

I am getting married in February and we want our guests to give a donation on the day to a charity close to our family (Hartlepool Blind Welfare Association) via a wedding post box.

I have been looking for months now for a wee poem to put into the invites saying we don't want presents but would like them to donate on the day. Can anyone help?

Well, the time has finally come
We're about to tie the knott
If you could spend the day with us
We'd like that - a lot!

Your company is all we need
Honestly, it is
Come join in the celebrations
Have some cake, a glass of fizz

We have no need for gifts
As toasters - we have many!
But there's a charity dear to our hearts
Who would appreciate a penny

If you could give to them
That's the best gift we could ask for
Then bring yourself to our wedding
With a smie, and nothing more
