Ambre Solaire no streaks bronzer - streaking!

Hi
I've been using Ambre Solaire 'no streaks bronzer) to try and get my legs a littler bit browner before going on holiday next week.
I've followed the instructions exactly but I still can't get it right! There are a few areas where it has gone a bit patchy. Any tips?!

I've also been looking into a few different makes, but some first hand recommendations would be very helpful! I'd like something ideally that I can see clearly when it's going on so I can see any bits I'm missing. Willing to pay a bit more for a decent product!

Please help, I don't want to go away looking either very pale or like a piece of streaky bacon! :rotfl:

Thanks :)

I have had streaks with the Ambre Solaire No Streak Bronzer as well. I'm a bit annoyed as I had read rave reviews in the paper about it.

Instead of spraying it directly on to the skin try spraying it on to a tanning mitt and then applying to the areas you want to, I know it doesnt say this but from someone who has used fake tan for years it really is the best way:)
