left over cooked cauliflower ??

i've got lots of leftover fresh cauliflower left from todays lunch. has anyone got any ideas what i could make with it

a variation on a theme of bubble and squeak or mash with cheese sauce and use as a pancake filling or blitz it with milk and herbs to make cauliflower soup.

cook a bit of pasta and mix it through with a bit of cheese of sauce or creme fraiche (depending what you've got in!- whackit in the oven with cheese on top till it bubbles 'n' browns- pasta-cauli bake! Yum.0
