Can someone please help me.
I have a 1 bedroom property that has a upstairs of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Then i have a downstairs that has a sitting room/kichen area. Oppersite my house is another property that is a 3 bedroom place. That has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Downstairs has a sitting room/Dining Room and a seperate kitchen. The properties are all original as to when they were built. What i find hard to believe is that we are all in band C.
I have contacted the council and they came back to myself this week and that said that this is correct and that they regret that there is no right of appeal againest there decision. Can someone please advise me what to do now. Thanks:mad:
