Sorry if this is somewhere
I read through the Section 75 details on the forum and couldn't see anything to suggest how long you have to make a Section 75 claim.
Is there a time limit for you doing this with a transaction?
Thanks

Hi, I'm interested in the answer to this queation too. I paid in full for a events day for 10 people a few days before the company cancelled and told me they have gone out of business. The credit card company said that I had to prove that the company had gone into administration but according to Company House they hadn't - until 5 months later. Can I still claim this money back from my credit card company?0
