Urgent advice re credit report

I have had a look at my credit report and it said i was only on the electoral role from 2007 -2010 so i raised a dispute with this as i still live at this address.

This was updated today,
It used to be 7e but now is shows as flat 2l left, 7

When i got my updated report with the address fixed, all my credit reports, searches, everything has disappeared from my report.
I have now been on hold to them for 30 minutes and the foreign woman just keeps banging on about raising an online dispute to get the address fixed.
I have told her, its not the address that's wrong, just in a different form. I want my credit agreements back on my report.
I had 17 agreements and a few searches and now its just blank. The only thing on it is a default at my previous address.
Any help appreciated, I can't get this woman to understand what im asking, she just keeps putting me on hold

Can someone please give me some advice on this.
I have a few questions and am not sure what to do. Im stuck

I have contacted the voters roll who say they have my address as flat 2/f but my credit report said 6a.

So now the credit report have updated my address but all my credit agreements have disappeared.
I have asked them about it, but what i need to know, is do i need to write to all my credit cards etc to get them to match my address to my report??
