Consent to let

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can advise me on the likelihood of Natwest consenting to me letting out my property? I've read a few threads on the board already, but they were either for people with an existing non-expired product or decent LTVs!

Details:
Original mortgage: Feb 2010
Expired: Feb 2012
Current: SVR 4% - better than any products they offer for us
LTV: Around 85-87%

Originally we both had jobs in Leeds and were planning on staying here for at least five years. Circumstances have changed and we've both been offered jobs in London (which we have accepted). Given the market is the way it is, it's unlikely we'll be able to sell the property without taking big loss (and we're moving in 2 months anyway). We have had an offer from Northwood which would cover the mortgage payments, so there is no worry of defaulting. Basically, we just need permission to let it out.

Any thoughts, advice or things to be aware of anyone?

Thanks,
Rob.
