Help with provident loans

Please could some1 advise me what to do me and my mam are in such a mess with provident loans . We are paying 864 every 4 weeks and are really struggling to do this with our other bills and debt

I had a Provident loan and just couldn't keep up with it when my circumstances changed. When I spoke to my agent she was really helpful and helped me arrange to make lower payments. It just meant I was paying it off for longer.

Don't worry, in my experience Provident people are very nice, it's just their interest rates that suck. :rotfl:;)

Thanks my agent is really nice But I'm afraid just in case they take me to court as when she has issued loans in the past she has read something out which means court action will be taken if not paid

If this went to court, the court would order you to pay what you could afford, which may well be less than at the moment and the provi would have to accept it.

They would get less interest than at the moment, so it would not actually be in their favour.

I had provident loan, couldnt repay the amount, agent was fantastic and now they accept £30 per month D/D....
