Opening Dialogue With Debt Companies

I dont think so - Moorcroft and Wescot are not "intermediaries" (well Wescot certainly arnt)- Lloyds have their own internal recovery agents. These companies will have bought the debt outright.
I get letters from companies 4 times removed that still have the originators details on them.
The only sure way is to contact Lloyds with the reference number and ask them outright if they still own the debt.0 -

Both companies act as collectors and are also debt buyers.
If they are referring to LTSB as their client, they are acting as collectors.
But it doesn't really make any difference. You can still make a settlement offer and should do it through the collector.0
