help -does anyone recognise this survey?

Options
A few weeks back, I completed a survey which only took a couple of minutes, about changes in corporate law and lone working, for which I was sent a £5 amazon code.
Being the complete idiot that I am, I've managed to delete the email which can't be retrieved, and I have no idea who the survey came from, to go back to them for help.
I normally do surveys through global test market, ipoints, lightspeed, valued opinions and surveys.com.

Does this ring any bells with any one - I am really cross with myself at the moment. I might even be signed up with another site I've completely forgotten about.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I would ask the company if they can resend the code, you have nothing to loose.

To stop this from happening again and it is very easy thing to delete a email is this. I create a separate folder in outlook in the local folders and name it important hopefully it wont happen again. Or you could create a gmail account for survey sites and dont delete the emails

I recently got an Amazon voucher for completing a survey from GFK What I Buy ( consumer.panel@gfk.co.uk ).
    Ring any bells?

    thank you, you're a genius.
Gone back to my email and found the rewards folder I'd forgotten I'd already set up.
And it was from another site, I'd completeley forgotten about. (QNA?)
I think I'd better go back to bed!

(PS my thanks button has now vanished, so thanks to all for the help)

edit - http://www.qnaresearch.com/site/about.htm , for those whose are interested, but it's for IT people and professionals rather than a general rewards site.
