NHS Employee......

Options
Having recently had a complaint upheld , I have read on one of these posts that NHS employees complaints are usually upheld, surely this is not the case and each complaint is decided on its own merits.......(The initial complaint form I filled in did ask my profession) but I do believe that I had genuine reasons for miss sale of PPI..................upheld but still waiting on my cheque ....

I think the general assumption is that as an NHS employee you already have decent enough sickness pay and redundancy packages which would in most cases render PPI basically worthless i.e a needless expense which your employment benefits would prevent you from ever using. But yes, aside from that each complaint is assessed on it's own merits regardless of simply "the complainer works for the NHS".
