that is the line of utter bull the banks have been giving people for some time now.

Yeh - I read the article, and I wasnt aware (and Im usually good at knowing my rights re money !!).

I will certinaly be aware next time - and inform the bank of the rules when I contact them, and claim any payments maid after that point back. Good information to know.
