I've just recently been made redundant (18th may) and today i had my redundancy payment through the post in my payslip, which is all fine, but I haven't had my P60 sent to me. it is now 7 weeks overdue. I asked them repeatedly for it since they were supposed to be issued but just drew a blank.
I have left voicemail messages, but no luck. Are they legally obliged to send it? If they don't send it, where can I get it from?
The company I used to work for is still trading/solvent.
TIA,
clive

If you left on the 18th May its not 7 weeks over due. A P60 is due about now.
Do you mean a P45?0 -

Sounds like you mean p45.
If you need it for a new job, dont worry abuot it, just fill in a P46
If it is a P60 you should get it any day, the should be issued during Maymake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

Ok so the P60 is not late & you are better off asking your old company as we can't tell you if they have sent them out.clivejohnson wrote: »No, my P45 came today, along with my payslip. I,meant P600 -
