Focus Group didnt pay out

Hi All,
About 5 months ago took part in a 3 hour focus group - a pair of shoes was promised, or £80 cash, but neither has been given or paid to the participants. I have chased and chased, and nothing!
What can i do to ensure i get the cash i am owed?

Keep chasing. Write letters and if no response then take them to court if you feel it is worth it. They won't want to have a CCJ against them so will pay up pretty quickly once you start to launch a claim.:footie:

I wouldn't give up on principle and maybe the small claims court is your best bet. I've done several focus groups and always been paid right at the beginning or during.
