    Well done, Earthy!

Rightmove is such a thief of time but I do think getting to really know your areas including schools is never time wasted.

About the riding a bike question you asked on my thread, with DS1 I cycled right up until I delivered and actually found getting around much easier than walking! With DS2 I cycled up to about 22 weeks which was when my SPD got terrible so I didn't actually dare get on my bike in case it made it worse. This time around I simply do not have the energy to do anything as strenuous as bike-riding! I may have a little go after I pass 12 weeks when hopefully I won't feel like the living dead so much, but we'll see! In answer to your question, if you feel safe and secure then I'd keep cycling for as long as you want to.

My toddler is a stroppy chap these days too. We are clinging on to the last of the day time naps; it will be a dark day indeed when these are no longer needed!

    Thanks guys.

Courgette, how much sleep does your LO get? Mine has 30 mins - 1 hour (normally 1 hour) during the day. I'm going to have to get rid of it soon, probably just when the next one arrives :(

I had a nice weekend, on the whole. Got the shopping cooking and cleaning done, and did my shop and scan stuff. However I had a nasty fall in the car park at the pool - really badly designed path with a lamp post in the middle, I now have a black and blue right side of my head :( off to the doctors later to get it seen.

LO enjoyed his party yesterday, but those soft play places are just germ factories, and he now has a cold :(

So this week I plan to do more work on oh's business, and declutter more in the house. My SIL is due at the end of the week, so if we get news I might pop up to Durham at the weekend too!

Thanks everyone, yes we are fine after the fall a couple of weeks ago. My SIL had a lovely baby girl last week, so I went up there to visit last weekend, and have spent most of the week catching up on things I should have done at the weekend.

We are very close to making a decision on whether we move house now or move house later, and therefore what strategy we are going to take with nursery and primary schools. We have a couple of houses to look at this weekend and next week. After this decision is made, we should be able to make more of a plan for the future, and put my mind at ease.

It is taking lots of time, but it is really important to get this right!

I have also completed most of my TEFL qualification hopefully I will get this done this week. Next week I need to do some coursework marking at school, and then that is it really - school hols are almost here!

How were the viewings? It's a big decision isn't it so definitely take your time. We moved here 7.5 years ago knowing that our children once they arrived should get into the fab local primary.

Re: naps, my dd who is almost 4 still has a daytime nap of at least an hour. She doesn't always sleep well (nighttime perfomances and tantrums!!) so the nap needs to go. She also starts school September so I need to cut it out by then!
