Marks and Spencer Everlasting Flowers - Anyone seen them?

Options
Can't remember if it was last week or the week before, but there was an article in one of the tabloids about these flowers that M&S are selling - they are real flowers but are preserved, and still have their smell for about 5 years. From the picture I saw, they looked like they were in a tied bunch.

Did anyone else see this article or has anyone seen them in the shop or bought them? Looked on the website and in the Norwich store but couldn't find them. Think they were in the £15-20 price bracket

Thank you.

The article was in the Daily Mail. I looked at their online site on Thursday and a lot of people were complaining about lack of availability. Hopefully, it will prompt M&S to do something.

  • I've just been on the daily mail website and the comments say that the flowers went on sale today but only in the top 300 stores and they are not going to be available online.

Mail on Sunday did a bit on https://www.vermontnaturalflowers.com and they've had loads of orders too....

    Sounds fab!

Thanks very much for all the research - had a look at their website and they look beautiful - won't get any in time for Mothers Day though. Shame.

Sounds excellent ...... but how long do they last ??

    :rotfl: :D :rotfl:
  • I have two lots of flowers direct from Vermont Natural Flowers. One lot is the same as was advertised in the Mail - a tied bunch with a few roses and the other is a square arrangement (base covered in soft leaves and then just a mass of red roses) - they are both lovely. I would say that they are smaller than they look in the pictures (tied bunch is approx 15cm tall) but they are lovely - and a good talking point.
I also read that they retained their smell - but I would say that both of mine have that same smell as dried flowers (ie not that nice a smell!!!) but they are soft and do look real!
The service direct was great - but I think Mail order is tricky as it is so difficult ofr such delicate things not to get damaged in the post (they came by courier just in a cardboard box)
I only had mine as a valentine gift so no telling ho long they will last (but my husband is thinking he's off the hook for the next 6 years - only time will tell!!)
