Getting from Olympic stadium to coach park

Hi

I am looking to travel to and from the Olympic park on the same day by coach.

I have tickets for Athletics which ends at 9.55, and the coach leaves at 10.45.

Does anyone know a realistic time it will take to get from the Olympic stadium to the coach park?

I've looked at the Olympic park map and it only looks about 1km distance as the crow flies.

(I know I need to allow time to exit the stadium as well).

Which coach park are you at? The Northern one? You should just about be OK I think. There a new bridge linking the top of the park to the coach park thus avoiding needing to wait to cross roads etc.

Thanks. Looking at the map I now can see there are actually 2 coach parks.

I'll have to check with National Express which one it is.

They go from the Greenway Gate - which I assume is the Southern one?

Also, there are buses leaving the park at 12.50am.

Doeas anyone know if you be able to hang around in the Olympic park until that late?
