Hi all
I know this maybe a silly question but if you switch mortgage providers do the new ones do a credit check.
I know if I stay with my current provider they said they dont have to do one and they just want to know income and out goings.

Obviously, yes.
An existing lender has no reason to do a credit check as you owe them the money already.
A new lender will always do a credit check.0
