    Hello,
I too am always looking for ways to improve my fine hair.
I tried the Phylia de M range recently and didn't really think the shampoo and conditioner did anything. However I'm now on my second bottle of the Connect and I have lots of new hair growth at the front which I'm really pleased about. However I now see they have brought out yet another product Re-Connect which is more expensive and has to be used in conjunction with Connect. Not sure whether I will try that but I will certainly continue with the original spray.
    Hope that helps

Where do you buy it from?

    Thanks

    I love Big by Lush.
I don't have thin hair, but I do have fine hair.
  • Hi,

It's been interesting to read some different views about Phylia since my original post last year, and I thought I would update on my experience, now that I've been using the products for nearly a year.

I agree with both GrannyAtkinson and Sparkles 444, in that I have found the Phylia range has really helped my hair. I have used all three products in the range and can see that my hair is in much better condition. The 'Connect' is supposed to be the 'hero' product that generates new hair growth. If I understand correctly, I don't think Phylia claims to give you hair growth where none existed before, but it does claim to help restore what you already had. So a fine head of hair is never going to turn into a full head of thick locks, but for me Phylia does seem to be helping.

I agree the products are expensive, but I have found a little goes a long way, although it also depends on how long your hair is, as to how much product is needed.

Fire Fox has made a valid point about the products not containing any harsh ingredients. It would be interesting to know if anyone using an alternative product to Phylia which contains similar ingredients has experienced similar effects/improvements in their hair. However for me personally, these products are the best I've ever used. True, this could be because I've never spent this much on haircare before and the products are organic and contain no nasties, but I'm definitely going to stick with them!

In reply to mapcr77, I understand that Phylia is only available from Victoria Health in the UK.

    Hope this helps.
