Dvd rw problem - Comp not recognising dvd's

Ive tried to run autofix the result is below- clearly There is a problem but the wizard cant fix it!

Another suggestion was click start, then run, type sfc /scannow then click OK

what i did was remove the recent programs i downloaded, one by one eg vlc, real player, dvd x player- it think it was the DVD x player , i have uninstalled and reinstalled it an it appears to be working OK.0
