Going over old ground now - I am out.. (well leaving the office in any case)
You will not get what you are after - speak to a professional face to face.

Your credit history remains on file for 6 years. Mainstream lenders use datasets that are compiled differently from the same data that is used to present consumer reports. So anything negative in the past will affect your score. Lenders can adjust their own systems to filter out business they do or don't wish to underwrite. In effect the less business they wish to write the higher that the bar will be raised.
So to materially impact your credit score takes time. Along with maintaining a clean bill of health going forward.
From a lenders perspective statistically, someone who has offended previously is more lightly to do so in the future. Simply put that's called human nature.0 -

But that's not what you said earlier? I don't know how to multi quote but you said you couldn't afford to pay so they made an arrangement with you to pay less than the required amount? I can't see how you expected to query it when there is evidence that you reduced your payments, how would you explain that amazing coincidence?
Having it as a query is not going to make it any better. Forget about the numbered score it means nothing and each lender will credit score you by their own policies.
Did you save up for your deposit or has someone gifted it to you?"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -

Before you get excited what I meant to say was that they had put the arrangement in without askig. The fact it wasn't even a arrangement when I called them yesterday as I dont remember saying to do that agreement. So they have changed it.0
