Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good value stores where i could get childrens bedroom furniture (bookcases, shelves, toy storage etc) - apart from Ikea as I've not seen anything special in there!
Any hidden wonders I dont know about (NI or online?)!!

You could try Sound Asleep Beds in Newtownards, they do quiet a few childrens beds and some matching furnture. They have a web site, but you are probably better to visit the store if you talk to them they can show you whats available.0

Is that a shop, or just a comment? :rotfl:0 -
We were recommended a company in West Yorkshire called Cresta Pine. They make the Scallywag range of childrens beds with cupboards desks wardrobes bookshelves and other storage options with a fab. choice of colours. We placed an order for a cabin bed direct with them as we don't have a stockist within 25 miles. It was delivered 5 days later and is a fantastic investment. Really sturdy and well up to the job for my 6 year old! The best bit is that the cabin bed converts to a high sleeper, so it really is good value for money. Don't be tempted by cheap imitations brought in from abroad - they won't last. We made that mistake a year ago, which is why we are buying again now
it's also good to see a product designed and made in the UK which makes a pleasant change. :T

Me and my partner have just ordered two of these from Argos (although there was 15% off up until a few days ago - sorry!) Delivery not til August so can't comment on what they're like! Hoping they'll give the girls more floor space and help keep them a bit more organisedWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0

I got a friend to fit 2 beds in each room and do the flooring, in exchange for cost of materials and a few bits that I wanted rid of (he's on odd job man/ebayer, so does things like this regularly).
As far as stores go, John Lewis have some nice bits in at the moment, as do Wilkinsons.
