I know PDL aren't the answer to everything but does anyone know of one that I could get just £50-70 to next week until I get paid (not using Wonga), I can't ask family as they are all broke as well.
Thank you,
Thank you,

Why not wonga?
sounds like there is some previous history of not repaying loans on time.
Give us the full story if you want decent advice.0 -
I had a re-payment plan with Wonga last year so I don't think they will give me another loan."All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them."

Most payday lenders seem to lend a minimum of £100, however if you pop off to Google and search on payday loan £50 you get lots of lenders who offer £50 upwards to choose from.0 -
Anything to sell or at worst pawn?
Anything else you can miss a payment on at the mo
Is the funds needed for living?
Heart in mouth seeing this thread x0 -
For such a small amount its hardly worth it getting a PDL. Why not sell some stuff, do some odd jobs for neighbours like cut they're lawns.0

You have first hand experience how a simple desire for a little bit of cash can spiral out of control so easily, but you want to do it again.
You simply MUST have something you can sell to avoid a repeat of the position you found yourself in last time.0 -
The repayment plan was because I suddenly lost my job it was the only reason I had to do it, but I will try to just get by with what I have maybe sell a few games or that."All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them."

The most blindingly obvious ways of saving money are as follows (not knowing anything about you, some things may not apply to you):
- cutting down on ciggies, ale, takeaways, etc.
- dropping by one or more brand bracket on your grocery shop
- cutting down things like your mobile phone contract (if able), TV package, internet package, etc.
- taking a smarter approach to your transport options - whether car or public - by walking more, travelling less, etc.
Slightly more sophisticated (but still very do-able) moneysaving tips involve:
- transferring credit card balances to competitor cards with 0% or low APRs (your ability to do this will depend upon your credit history)
- comparing your utility bills to other providers to see if you're on the best tarrif. If not, you can usually switch
- reviewing your mortgage (if possible - will depend upon the terms of your current agreement) and any insurance packages associated with it - life, B&C, income protection, etc. This is about the only point that an FA would be interested in helping you with. Fees can vary, and can either be on a fixed-fee or commission basis. Shop around for an FA and try to go on personal recommendations, if this option appeals to you.0 -
Its alright my dad says he can lend me some money to next week, won't have to go near PDL loans! Thanks everyone for your help anyway."All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them."
