After putting in a claim with NRAM in Oct. 2011 (yes 2011) I have FINALLY been paid out after their own review team deemed me to have been mis-sold PPI.....they gave me the FULL amount AND 8% interest, I have accepted the £1,400.00 with joy as I've waited 6 months for it....I had to ring up endless times....
I was shaking when I opened the letter on Monday thinking it had been declined because I thought they would try to wriggle out of it but they couldn't find enough evidence on their part to uphold a rejection....anyone who feels they are being fobbed off....keep at it, don't give up. When you fill in these forms you need to stress how you weren't informed correctly as much as is possible. NOW I'm going after two more banks!....Hoooorha for the underdog!...:T:rotfl::j:
