Does anyone know how Nationwide up with valuations for re-mortgaging?? and how do I dispute their "valuation"??
Their valuation is not doing me any favours when it comes to LTV and its getting me a higher interest rate then my current standard mortgage rate!

Has your property been valued or are they using a desktop valuation?
What do you think it's worth? What do they think it's worth?0 -

Absurd.
Your challenging their index linked valuation? Prove to them 2 propertiea sold in your post code of near identical comparable in the last 3 months. If you cant then don't challenege them.
Increase in floor area is likely to add value, anything else ie cosmetic in the current climate is worthless in terms of value but good in terms of resaleabilty0
