Help me find a mortgage...

Can anyone help me find a mortgage, I got 4 defaults - two of which are settled in full. Two are outstanding. Two were registered nearly 3 years ago, one 23 months ago, and the other 22months ago. Both of the outstanding defaults are being settled through a dmp which has been running for nearly 30 months. What are my options, if any? My experian credit score is Fair 729.

    I would say the only people who can help on this forum are mortgage advisors. Were not really able to tell you where to go and most of the companies we would use only deal with advisors.

    I think your best option is to speak to a mortgage advisor to get some advice as this wont be the easiest mortgage to place.

    I am speaking with a local "all market" advisor on Saturday. I am keeping my fingers crossed, as my house is under offer, and the original lender we went to through the estate agents broker have withdrawn their agreement in principle.
