Reclaim cost of booked flight

Hi,
I was looking for the cheapest flight to Cyprus and go onto 'On the beach site who were cheaper than Easy Jet at £369. Entered credit details and clicked confirm. Bang my card was debited £404.60! This was paid up of card surcharge (2x£12) and a card surcharge of 11.90. Of course neither of these were flagged. It turned out it was with RyanAir. If I'd known that I wouldn't have gone ahead with the transaction.
I immediately cancelled and the page showing the cancellation showed that I would get a refund of 393 (total - card surcharge). However, two days later my visa account was debited for 404.60 and I haven't received a refund. They have no email address and only a premium number to contact and they don't answer that.
Would I be able to claim back from my bank under section 75? On the grounds the goods were misrepresented?
Any help, mucho appreciated

So it was a undisclosed airline cheaper than Easyjet? you took a gamble and it didnt pay off.
If you're getting a refund it will be usually be done manually, so it will wont be immediate.
With regard to non disclosure, ive had a look at the site and it says this below when you put in your card info, so it was disclosed.- Full payment for this booking will be taken from your card
- Please note, credit cards will incur a 2.95% handling fee on top of the total cost. Debit cards other than Mastercard Prepaid will incur a 1.95% handling fee on top of the total cost subject to a minimum transaction fee of £2.50 per person.
