HI.
I hope you don't mind me interupting but I constantly get this problem and my box is a grundig.
Grundig model no :- 2.81.
EPG software version :- 3.5.3.
Hope you can help.
Yours is almost certainly a PSU problem. If you are handy with a soldering iron you can get a replacement PSU.
Take a look at Satcure's pages. They are a most reputable company.

Your problem could be many things BUT the one I would say it is most probably is your dish has moved a fraction . This happened to me . I was getting exactly what your getting . When I upgraded to SKY HD I aske the engineer who called to check the dish and he said it was out a fraction and lo and behold i get all channels again in BOTH sky + and HD boxes .
If it is this then get a local aerial guy Or if u see s sky van ask the guy to do a homer ........ both ways should only cost u about £20 .0 -

That 'bit in the middle of the sky dish' is the LNB, and is almost as easy to change as a light bulb.
They cost under a tenner from Ebay.

Make sure you put some self amalgamating tape around the F connector.RIP independent MSE.

Ive never had to get out a 20 ft ladder to change a light bulb before . :eek:0 -
Hi,
I have been with Sky for 7 years and my panasonic box has started to freeze up all the time especially when you start flicking pass one channel.
I am waiting for Lost to finish and then cancel unless they send an engineer and replace my box.
If they let me cancel, how long before I can resign up again to get a new contract?
Regards

Thanks for all replies and help
Its definately can't be the digibox as I tried a Sony digibox (relatively new) in my digibox's place and at the time all the missing channels were still missing. most channels are back on now so maybe the disc is being moved slightly if its windy0 -
Starfish im almost certain its the dish . If its raining and the dish is slightly out then the reception u get will deteriate quite badly .
As I said ... £20 will fix it0 -
