I've been after a recipe for home-made apple tea, after having it round at someone's house a while ago. I think he called it 'apple tisane' or something like that.
I would think the 'tea' would comprise dried apple with some sort of flavouring and maybe some lemon (?) I was just wondering if anyone on here has got a recipe for HM herbal tea, and/or given the price of dried fruit, if anyone's attempted to dry their own, and if so how did you do it?

Not apple tea, but i have various simple infusions, by far the most comon for me is a simple sprig of rosemary, about an inch, boiling water. Smetimes i add a slice of lemon, but only if i have a lemon alreay cut open.0 -
Apparently we have wild camomile growing nearby. If only I could recognise it, I could save myself a bit on camomile tea-bags!
In the link to the apple tea recipe, it's interesting that it's just the peel and not the apple itself that needs to be dried? I've never attempted anything like that before.0
