Help and advice on Ziinga scam

I am enduring a long-winded battle with auction site Ziinga.com. Without at this point going into the full details, I informed the company the same day I 'joined' for a 'free' week trial that I did not want to join the service. I asked for the membership £58 per month for three months to be cancelled. Two emails that day and one a week later failed to illicit any respnonse.
Some weeks later the compnay deducted £58 and when I queried it, I was told that a had to pay an additional £28 to cancel. I appealed to my credit card company and was reimbursed as it continued to investigate.
As of last week the Ziinga 'Fraud Office' emailed me demanding payments and threatening me with debt collectors and legal action. What is my position and has anyone else suffered this problem with Ziinga?

To people who are on this forum and not too sure about companies.
USE GOOGLE...
Ziinga is as dodgy as they come, BEFORE i enter any details in any email correspondance i either type say 'ziinga' into MSE or GOOGLE, and that will tell what kind of company they are.
I know quite a few MSE'ers have been conned by them (usual scam is youve won an ipod - but you have to sign up and thats more than the cost of a brand new ipod)
Make sure you check AND NEVER EVER PAY TO WIN ANYTHING (im sure the established memebrs will tell you this) - youre trying to win prizes by doing a little comping hobby and that shouldnt & DOESNT need to cost anything.
I estimate there are around 5000 competitions on mse alone right now, and they dont cost a penny to enter & the only sign up should be for a newsletter or something NEVER enter CC details in ANY comp..
(when i joined here i said i dont want it to cost a penny and so far its cost me 0.00. and in 3 months im upto £2000 worth of prizes-I wont even enter comps for holidays that dont supply travel)
((oh and just one more thing, i saw a member who said a company wanted CC details to confirm identity, again you shouldnt need to do that a passport or photo id is enough-if they dont accept that then come on mse im sure theres a comping body that can help))
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE

I find it disturbing that a company with such a bad reputation as I'm now discovering will still threaten legal action.0
