I asked for a copy of the credit agreement with my credit card and instead I got a reply letter saying how they are confused why I am asking for this and sent instead the agreement from my debt management company.
What does this mean? What should I do next?

How did you ask?

I wrote to them saying I dont recognise the debt.
I didnt send a cheque.
Like I said they forwarded me the debt management agreement I had with Spectrum at the time and not what I had asked for.
Since then the Debt collector (Link) have been making nice phone calls rather than the nasty ones I had before.
This made me think I was on a stronger footing for negotiation.0 -
If would remake the request ASAP then, using the letter in the link in my previous post and sending the £1 fee.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
