newbie needing support

hi everyone,
im new to the forums on this site i have done a budget before and tried to stick to it but really struggled i have a £600 pound overdraft i owe several companies money it totals about £1000 and i also pay my parents 50 pound a month for a loan they got to pay off my last overdraft.
i work part time and i am a full time mum to a 5 year old who is at school as her dad is not working he does not pay anything so i am paying for everything for her im struggling to stop spending money and as i get paid in cash every week i spend it before it gets into the bank to pay off my overdraft or the amounts coming out to other companies.
i really need someone to help and support me maybe some tips or even just a friend to email when im struggling

    I have quite a bit on my plate at the moment with family illness, so I can't offer much support sorry, but I didn't want to just run off without saying something.

    Please have a good look on these boards and pick up all the tips you can.

    Hi, welcome to MSE :). Just wanted to say i agree with the above poster an SOA would be really helpful. here's a link, you can make one there :). Also is it not possible to have your wages paid directly to your bank to remove your temptation? After you've delt with the OD though otherwise it could swallow all your wages.
