i got one for xmas, its just alright, the eyeshadows are good, lipstick is a bit dry and the nail varnishs are cheapish quality but its ok for that price0

I got a different Ruby Hammer set from Debenhams at Christmas and was really disappointed with it. The pictured brush was far better quality than the cheap throwaway one that actually came with the set. I was not impressed with it at all so won't buy again.0

I got a set that was reduced from 30 to 15 and the mascara was like black moisturiser - useless. The eyeshadow had no depth of colour and wouldn't stick to my skin, the lipgloss disgusting gloop and the brushes cheap and nasty. I'm shocked Ruby Hammer puts her name to this carpAKA: PC

I got my case last week and its pretty terrible. Lipsticks are like crayons and the nail varnish takes so many coats before it looks nice. Have emailed for a refund but won't hold my breath!
anyone any experience getting refunds out of them?0
